You will receive an e-mail confirming that the item has been sent and including the order details.
Deliveries are made by courier company to home addresses. Deliveries cannot be made to post box addresses.
At the start of the purchase, the user will be informed of the exact delivery costs once the delivery address has been entered.
These costs varies within the range between 7€ and 50€.
The costs of delivery, to be paid entirely by the customer, will be automatically provided at the point of making the order. Delivery costs depend on the destination, weight and size of the item(s) ordered.
Customers must supply an address to where the delivery can be made during normal working hours. If this requirement is not fulfilled, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao is not responsible for any delays or for not being able to deliver the order.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside the Museum’s control or that of the courier company, such as strikes, adverse weather, public disorder, traffic accidents, etc. The Museum is not responsible for delays arising from these circumstances. Nonetheless, in the case or loss or damage to an order during transport, the Museum will replace it at no additional cost to the customer and with the same conditions as the original order..
Costs relating to customs and import tax in non-EU companies are not included in the price of the product.
International rules on the sending of packages legally oblige the sender to include an official invoice in triplicate as accompanying documentation, without which no delivery will be processed. On the arrival of the package and on the basis of that documentation, Customs authorities in the destination country will calculate the taxes to be applied. The customer must pay the corresponding amount as stipulated by those authorities.
